A professional administrator with extensive experience spanning over 25 years, in the fields of Educational Administration, Human Resources Management and Law, Ernest Samuel has worked in eminent institutes of higher professional learning.
He holds post-graduate degree/s in various disciplines viz. Commerce, Law and Management. Mr. Samuel has also been a distinguished speaker and visiting faculty at several institutes of learning across the country. He is currently working on his doctoral thesis on Cyber Law and Cyber Crimes.

T.R.B. Sarma takes a keen interest in computerization of libraries and information centres. Owing to his efforts, he has been able to modernize two libraries - one at the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC) and the other at the Institute for Financial and Management and Research (IFMR).
He has even organized two national workshops on digitization of libraries: the "National Workshop on Open Source Software for Libraries" in April, 2005 and the "National Workshop on DSPACE Open Source Digital Software" in May, 2006.
